WRAPTOR® breathable membrane
Breathable membrane is a water resistant material used in roofing construction and timber frame construction (external walls) where the area may not be water-tight. WRAPTOR® breathable membrane is made with 3 layers of thermal lamination to provide a high level of water resistance, whilst ensuring vapour permeability to avoid mould and condensation.

WRAPTOR® breathable membrane is available in 100gsm, 120gsm and 140gsm. The 100gsm membrane is available in a 1m roll and the 120gsm and 140gsm range is available in two lengths, 1m and 1.5m.

Bird Comb, 1000mm
Ubbink Bird Comb Filler prevents the ingress of birds between the underside of profiled tiles and the underlay on pitched roofs. Manufactured in 1.0m strips, it is predrilled ready to fix to the top of the fascia and the sturdy teeth of the comb prevent birds from entering and nesting in the spaces under tile profiles.
Eaves Guard, 1500mm
Eaves guard is a rigid support tray to provide an effective level eaves protection on both new build and refurb projects. This is a very quick and easy way to protect the building and keep it watertight. Eaves Guard is ideal for use with new generation of lightweight high performing underlays, which are not suitable for forming a drip into the gutter.
Over Fascia Vent, 1000mm
Over fascia ventilators provide discreet eaves ventilation by allowing airflow into the roof space. Each 500mm piece has a male and female end which interlock by simply sliding into place. This produces a robust structure that will not crush or warp.
Ubbink Dry Ridge Kit
The ventilated flexible dry ridge kit is a mortar free system to mechanically fix the ridge tiles up to 6M. This system is suitable for ridge and hip suiting most concrete ridge tiles, offering a long lasting, secure and maintenance free solution for your roof.

The Ubbink Universal Dry Verge system is ambi handed and has been designed to meet all the UK regulations and latest NHBC recommendations, with some exceptional features to make the install quick and easy!
